### Return Policy

We want you to love your artwork and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

#### Returns & 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have **14 days** from the date your item is delivered to request a return for standard items (including open-edition prints, apparel, and stocked goods). 

To be eligible for a return:
* Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
* Prints and physical items must be completely undamaged and packed securely in their original packaging/tubes.
* You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

*Note: Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, a **£4.99 flat-rate return shipping fee** will be deducted from your total refund amount.*

#### How to Request a Return
1. Contact us at **tyronemoreno.studio@gmail.com** with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

#### Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items **cannot** be returned or refunded:
* **Custom or Commissioned Artwork:** Original works made to order, personalized pieces, or custom sizes.
* **Gift Cards & Sale/Clearance Items.**

#### Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us at **tyronemoreno.studio@gmail.com** within **48 hours** with:
1. Clear photos of the damaged item.
2. Clear photos of the outer shipping packaging and label.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

#### Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within **5–10 business days** (minus the £4.99 return shipping fee).
